For us, at Copper Chimney, we believe we have a responsibility to give back and support causes wherever possible. Looking after people doesn’t just stop at the dining table, so we strive to ensure that our work, directly or indirectly, helps someone in need.
We are passionately working towards achieving the vision of “Food and Nutrition for All”, and through our group company’s charitable foundation, are working closely with various non-profit partners to achieve this mission.
One of our partnerships in India is with Action Against Hunger, with whose help our charitable foundation has sponsored 51 villages. We will be focusing on the first 1000 Days of life of children, along with their mothers, and Action Against Hunger will be setting up infrastructure, and a team to support these villages, with an aim to eradicate malnutrition and other health related issues during the first 1000 days of all the children through proper nutrition and support.
Similarly, in the UK, we are strengthening our partnership with Action Against Hunger, by helping raise funds for the fight against hunger and malnutrition. We hope that these efforts will touch countless lives and eventually get the world to be rid of malnutrition and hunger, something that millions of children continue to suffer from, even today.
